Hi! I'm Ashley, and I created Body Take Back. I know how it feels to be lost and overwhelmed in the health and fitness space. I’ve struggled with which “diet” to follow, how I should workout, do I lift heavy, should I do cardio, what's the right thing to eat.
I was obsessed with fitness and working out, but I quickly learned a hard lesson: you can have all the knowledge & experience in the world… but unless you know how to get your mindset right, it’s not possible to make the physical changes you want.
So I set off on a mission to learn everything I could about health, fitness and mindset so I could have maintainable results and help other women...
In my search to master everything about the health and fitness space, I was able to get my dream body - all without restricting or spending hours working out... And everyone started asking how they could replicate the same results in THEIR life too.
So, I put together a program to teach my signature methodology that has allowed me to maintain my physique without getting burnt out or missing out on life. That is how "Body Take Back" was born!

She is a busy, busy working mom of 3 high schoolers and she knew she wanted to look and FEEL better but had been told “just do cardio you’ll loose weight.”

This program is progressive in nature and it starts with you being open to getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. Results are best seen when you add in your own lifestyle cardio such as: hiking, running, swimming, biking, taking a spin class. Also, it’s up to you to push yourself with the weights you choose and make sure you’re building healthy eating habits.  I am a firm believer that how do one thing is how you do everything.  Mindset is crucial when making changes.


Nobody wants to do the same workout for 12 weeks. Boring! The workouts get more challenging with each week and you won’t do the same workout twice. It starts out at a base level where you can decide the weight range you're comfortable progressing from.



You might see other programs out there asking you to cut calories and go on a super restrictive, unrealistic diet. However all you really get is cranky, the cravings build until there is a breaking point and you overindulge.
Sometimes you can maintain this for a few months, but the results aren't real. Unfortunately without addressing the root of the mindset and eating struggle the issue is never fully corrected. In Body Take Back I will guide you through nutrition that works for you and your lifestyle.
